Returns and cancellation

You can cancel the Pro plan anytime, with no minimum contract period. Cancellation takes effect as a decision immediately, but Pro access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. No new invoices are issued after that date.

Cancel directly from your account, from the Billing page -> "Cancel at period end", no need to contact support. You can also write to [email protected] anytime.

Voltzzflow is a B2B service (billed to businesses, not to individuals for personal use), and billing is postpaid. An invoice issued at the end of a period covers only access already used during that period, so there is no unused period to refund. If you notice a billing error (wrong amount, duplicate invoice, etc.), write to [email protected] within 14 days of issuance and we'll review it.
