About Voltzzflow
Voltzzflow started from a simple observation: small service businesses, agencies and freelancers were running client work across five or six disconnected tools, a spreadsheet, a chat app, an invoicing tool, a file drive, a booking link, and losing time and context in the gaps between them. Voltzzflow brings clients, projects, tasks, documents, appointments and invoices into one place, with a dedicated portal for every client.
Who runs it
Voltzzflow is built and operated by Suciu Constantin-Alexandru Persoana Fizica Autorizata (CUI 49730652), registered in Romania. It is a small, independently-run company, not a venture-backed team of hundreds, which is also why product decisions ship fast: every change goes through one person who reads the support inbox directly. As of September 2026, Voltzzflow serves around 40 businesses, per a Ziarul Financiar profile of the founder.

Voltzzflow is hosted in the EU and built around GDPR principles from the ground up: strict per-organization data isolation, role-based access, encrypted secrets, signed URLs for files, and an audit log. Billing runs through Oblio (Romanian e-Factura compliant invoicing) and Netopia (a licensed Romanian payment processor).
