Voltzzflow is a business management platform provided as software as a service (SaaS) by Suciu Constantin-Alexandru Persoana Fizica Autorizata, CUI 49730652, registered at Str. Monumentului nr. 67, Sat Olteni, Com. Bujoreni, Jud. Valcea. We may improve or change features.

You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials and for activity in your account. You must be of legal age and use the platform lawfully.

The Free plan is free within the shown limits. The Pro plan is billed monthly via an Oblio invoice paid by card (Netopia) for Romanian customers, or via Stripe for international customers. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access remains until the end of the paid period.

Do not upload illegal content, attempt to compromise the platform's security, or abuse resources. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

If you use Sites to host your own site, app or database, you are solely responsible for the content, code and data you upload or collect through that site, including GDPR compliance toward your own users or visitors.

In this respect, you are the data controller and Voltzzflow acts as a processor — we host the infrastructure but do not access, use or analyze your sites' content beyond what's strictly necessary to operate the service technically (traffic measurement for billing, backups, abuse prevention). For a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), write to [email protected].

Hosting illegal content, malware, phishing schemes, or any code used to attack other systems or circumvent your plan's technical limits is prohibited. We may suspend or delete sites that breach these rules, with notice where possible.

The data you enter belongs to you. We process it per the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Keep responsible backups of critical data.
