Subscriptions and payments

The Pro plan is billed monthly through a proforma invoice issued automatically via Oblio, with the option to pay by card through Netopia directly on the invoice.

Upgrading

From Billing → Upgrade to Pro the plan activates immediately. The first invoice is issued automatically at the end of the first month of use (postpaid, not charged upfront).

The monthly cycle

At the end of each period, the system automatically issues a new proforma (visible in Billing) with a card payment link. Once paid, Oblio automatically converts it into a real invoice and the subscription renews for another month.

Late payment

If an invoice isn't paid by its due date, the account enters a short grace period. If it's still unpaid after that, the plan automatically reverts to Free (existing data stays, but access to new data is limited until reactivation).

Cancellation

From Billing → Cancel at period end, the subscription stays active until the current renewal date, then automatically switches to Free, with no new invoice.
