Managing clients

The client is the central entity in Voltzzflow: projects, issues, documents and invoices all link back to it.

Adding a client

From Clients → New client you fill in the name, contact details, and optionally billing details. Each client belongs to your organization and is isolated from other organizations.

What you see on a client's page

• Associated projects and issues
• Documents and contracts
• Issued invoices and their status
• The portal account (if invited)

People limit

Clients and team members are counted together against the plan limit. For example, the Free plan allows 10 people total (clients + team). See Plans and limits.
