The problem it solves
Without integration, the typical flow looks like this: you open the project in Voltzzflow to see what was delivered, open Oblio in another tab, retype the client and amounts, then go back to manually mark it as invoiced. At every step there's a chance of a copy-paste mistake.
How the connection works
- Connect your Oblio account once, from the organization settings.
- When you issue an invoice from a project, the client's data and line items fill in automatically.
- The invoice issued in Oblio comes back into Voltzzflow, attached to the project and visible to the client in the portal.
What you actually gain
- Zero retyping: the client's name, tax ID and address come from the profile that already exists.
- Full history: every invoice issued stays linked to the project that generated it.
- Visible payment status: payments through Netopia reflect automatically, no manual status updates.
The best integration is the one you don't notice, things just happen in the right place.
Bottom line
The Oblio integration doesn't add a new step to the flow, it removes one: retyping the same data a second time. It's included in the Pro plan, together with Netopia payments.
